Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island among the images.

Also included in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying distinct parts of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the current investigative process.
